Nanny and her boys

July 29, 2009

I am so glad that I had a chance to shoot this session while I’m back in Connecticut. I have known this grandmother since I was an infant and was so happy when she asked me to capture some moments with her and her grandsons since she had very few photos of the three of them together. I was happy to oblige and loved watching them interact and play. The boys’ aunt even joined in on the fun. Here’s a little sneak peak from their session.

I think the following with Patrick  might be one of my favorites from the whole session.

I love Michael’s expression on the right below. What a cutie!

Mexico Wedding

July 27, 2009

Sorry I’ve been a little MIA. I’m still catching up after my fabulous trip to Mexico for Colin and Christie’s wedding. They have been together for over 10 years and were so excited to finally tie the knot. I haven’t had a chance to edit the pictures yet, but here are some of my favorites from the resort (the Iberostar in the Riviera Maya) and the wedding. Enjoy!

The beautiful resort…

And an idyllic setting for a wedding

Colin and his groomsmen

Christie and her dad

You may now kiss the bride

The girls tried to pick up the groom…

…and this is what happened

Luckily the guys had more success

Kristina & Ozzie

July 6, 2009

I took some pictures for Kristina and her dog Ozzie this weekend out on the lake. We lucked out with a break from all the rain and had an absolutely goregous day. Enjoy!

Happy Fourth of July Weekend!

As we all know the connection between father and daughter is very special. I had the honor of photographing this very special father-daughter session for father’s day. There were so many moments and such a special connection between the two of them to capture. This is one of my favorite sessions to date and some of my favorite pictures. I would defientely suggest this kind of session to families looking for something different. It really offers the chance to spend special time together without the pressure of a full family shot. It also makes a great gift for fathers(or mothers). Enjoy! Leave some comment love:-)

Disfrutan!

I love that the father is a little blurred out, but still looking on at his beautiful girl.

Aren’t her eyes gorgeous here?

I love the look between the two of them, what a great connection.

Such a dancer…

Model at the age of 8?

Thanks to this lovely pair for letting me spend the morning with them. What a happy Father’s Day!
